On 10 December 2025, LaoValue Property Valuation Co., Ltd. (Sole) held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Banque pour le Commerce Ext\u00e9rieur Lao Public (BCEL) to cooperate in providing asset valuation services for the bank\u2019s customers.<\/p>\n
The ceremony was held at the meeting room of Tham Lai Restaurant at 11:00 AM on 10 December 2025, with the participation of:
\n\u2022 The President of LaoValue Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. (Sole),
\n\u2022 Representatives from Banque pour le Commerce Ext\u00e9rieur Lao Public (BCEL), led by Mr. Saijit Simphavong, Deputy Director General, along with other relevant parties who attended as witnesses.<\/p>\n
