\nSigning Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between JDB and Laovalue Co., Ltd.<\/p>\n

On October 7, 2025, at 3:30 PM, at the VIP Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Head Office of Joint Development Bank (JDB), a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Joint Development Bank (JDB) and Laovalue Sole Co., Ltd. (Laovalue Asset Valuation Company) was successfully held.<\/p>\n

The MOU was officially signed by Mr. Houmphan Xayalat, President of Laovalue Sole Co., Ltd., and Mr. Sakhone Nyophansay, Director General of the Head Office of JDB, in the presence of witnesses from both parties.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this MOU is to establish a framework for collaboration between the two organizations in areas including:<\/p>\n

Asset valuation for the bank and its clients,<\/p>\n

Client referral and financing support,<\/p>\n

Joint organization of training workshops and seminars on property valuation fundamentals.<\/p>\n

Following the signing, both parties expressed their strong commitment to implementing the agreed cooperation effectively and sustainably.
\nDuring the event, Mr. Houmphan Xayalat expressed sincere appreciation to JDB\u2019s management for their trust and confidence in Laovalue\u2019s professional valuation services and for the opportunity to collaborate in enhancing service quality for the bank\u2019s clients.<\/p>\n
