1. Board / Chairman

  • Provides strategic direction and corporate governance.
  • Oversees the company’s long-term vision, reputation, professional standards, and major business decisions.
  • Ensures LaoValue develops as a trusted and independent valuation organization.

2. Managing Director (MD)

  • Responsible for overall management and business performance.
  • Leads strategy, financial performance, partnerships, key clients, and company development.
  • Coordinates all departments and ensures the company’s vision and mission are implemented.

3. Deputy Director

  • Supports the Managing Director in daily operations.
  • Coordinates departments and monitors implementation of company policies and projects.
  • Acts as a bridge between management and operational teams.

4. Valuation Director
This is one of the most important professional positions in LaoValue.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the valuation department.
  • Reviewing and approving valuation assignments.
  • Ensuring valuation methodologies comply with IVS, RICS/Red Book and relevant IFRS requirements.
  • Supervising Property Valuers and Senior Property Valuers.
  • Maintaining valuation quality, independence, consistency, and professional ethics.

5. Senior Property Valuer / Property Valuers
The professional core of LaoValue.

They conduct:

  • Land valuation
  • Building and construction valuation
  • Machinery and equipment valuation
  • Plant & industrial asset valuation
  • Leasehold and lease contract valuation
  • Concession valuation
  • Investment/property valuation
  • Business-related and intangible asset valuation where applicable

They undertake inspection, market research, comparable analysis, financial analysis, valuation calculations, and report preparation.

6. Valuation Research & Data / Big Data Real Estate
This function can become a major competitive advantage for LaoValue.

LaoValue already has a large property database, which can support:

  • Comparable property analysis
  • Market research
  • Property price trends
  • Rental market analysis
  • Investment analysis
  • Automated valuation and data analytics
  • GIS-based property information
  • Future AI/AVM development

This department can eventually develop into a Real Estate Data & Analytics Division.

7. Marketing & Business Development
Responsible for:

  • Finding new valuation clients
  • Corporate relationships
  • Bank and financial institution relationships
  • Real estate developer relationships
  • Government/institutional clients
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Website and social media
  • Seminars and professional events
  • International partnerships

This department can also promote LaoValue’s services to banks, investors, developers, corporations, government agencies, and international organizations.

  • Invoicing and payment monitoring
