2024년 9월 17일, Malian Berhad 은행 라오 지점에서 Malian Berhad 은행 라오 지점과 LaoValue Asset Valuation Company Limited 간의 전략적 파트너십 계약에 대한 서명식이 있었습니다. 서명식에는 라오 PDR 지점장인 Tan Tee Huat 씨가 참석했고, Keochay Mayyavongsing 씨와 Malian Berhad 은행 라오 지점 이사회, LaoValue Asset Valuation Company Limited의 이사인 Humphan Sayalath 씨와 양 당사자의 경영진 및 기술 직원이 참석했습니다.
본 협정의 목적은 말리안 은행 라오 지점과 라오 밸류 자산 평가 회사 간의 전략적 파트너십을 구축하고, 양 당사자 간의 협력을 통해 은행의 신용 서비스를 홍보하여, 은행의 토지나 건물 등의 평가를 포함하여 자산 평가가 정확하고 시장 가격에 최대한 가깝도록 하는 것입니다.
