On 10 December 2025, LaoValue Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. (Sole) held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Banque pour le Commerce Extérieur Lao Public (BCEL) to cooperate in providing asset valuation services for the bank’s customers.
The ceremony was held at the meeting room of Tham Lai Restaurant at 11:00 AM on 10 December 2025, with the participation of:
• The President of LaoValue Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. (Sole),
• Representatives from Banque pour le Commerce Extérieur Lao Public (BCEL), led by Mr. Saijit Simphavong, Deputy Director General, along with other relevant parties who attended as witnesses.
On this occasion, Mr. Houmphan Saiyalat, President of LaoValue, stated:
