At 10:30 AM on March 15, 2024, the Business Collaboration Agreement of the Representative of the Xiangkhouang Province Service Unit was signed.
The representative of the Xiangkhouang Province Service Unit is Mr. Khampha Phommalin, and the Lao Value Property Valuation Company is represented by Mr. Hoomphan Sayalat, the licensor, and the Ren Sabai Company by Mrs. Vilaihak Duangvilai, the deputy licensor. The Xiangkhouang Province Service Unit is located in Phonsawang village, Pek district, Xiangkhouang province. Our company has already signed a collaboration agreement to be a representative in the following provinces: Khammouane, Sekong, Borikhamxay, Savannakhet, Attapeu, Udomxay, and Salavan. The agreements with other remaining provinces will be signed soon, along with technical and service training for the service units.
There is a plan to have representatives providing efficient and professional services across every province by the year 2024.
This agreement is signed between Lao Value Property Valuation Co., Ltd. and Ren Sabai, as well as the Lao Value Office in Xiangkhouang province. The purpose of this agreement is to serve as a reference point for property valuation operations between the head office and the service branch offices, ensuring convenience and speed in the work process.
