The representative of the service unit in Attapeu province is Mr. Palamikhithavon, and the Lao Value Property Appraisal Company, represented by Mr. Hoomphanseylad (the authorized person), and Ren Sabai Company, represented by Mrs. Wilaihak Duangwilai (the deputy authorized person). The service unit in Attapeu province is located in Sekong Village, Samakkhisai District, Attapeu Province. Our company has signed a cooperation contract to act as a representative in several provinces, including Kamwon, Sekong, Borikhamxai, Savannakhet, Xiengkhouang, Attapeu, Udomxai, and Salavan. We are also about to sign with remaining service units in some provinces, along with providing academic and service training to these units.
We plan to have representatives and services that are efficient and professional in every province by 2024.
This contract was signed between Lao Value Property Appraisal Co., Ltd., Ren Sabai Company, and the Lao Value Office in Attapeu province. The purpose of this contract is to serve as a reference point for the property valuation operations between the headquarters and the service unit branches, making the work more convenient and efficient.
