1st Seminar on Basics of Property Valuation for Investment
Lao Value Property Valuation Association organized a seminar on 14-15/08/2024 at the Tham Lai Restaurant. The seminar will be hosted by Mr. Hmuphan Sayalath, who has more than 15 years of experience as a real estate agent and 5 years of experience in valuation. The seminar will discuss the curriculum, the basis for valuation for all real estate appraisers, the origin of the property, the development plan of the city, and provide knowledge on how to solve problems that arise. Many interested parties will participate, such as banks, real estate companies, and the general public. The company also invited relevant government agencies to participate in this technical exchange. There are the Ministry of Justice – Department of Court Judgment Enforcement.
