The representative of the Sayaboury district service unit is Mrs. Supaphon Phanlakh, and the property valuation company is Laos Value, represented by Mr. Hoomphan Sayalad, the authorized person, and Ren Sabai Company, represented by Mrs. Wilaihak Duangwilai, the deputy authorized person. The Sayaboury district service unit is located at Ban Nai, Muang Hadchafong, Vientiane Capital. Our company has already signed a joint contract to represent other districts, including Khamoun, Sekong, Borikhamxay, Savannakhet, Xiengkhouang, Attapeu, Oudomxay, and Salavan. We are planning to sign soon with the remaining districts and will provide academic and service training for the service units.
There are plans to establish representatives with effective and professional services in every district throughout the year 2024.
The purpose of this contract signing between Laos Value Property Valuation Company Limited and Ren Sabai Company and the Laos Value office in Sayaboury district is to serve as a reference point for property valuation operations between the headquarters and branch service units to ensure smooth and fast working procedures.
