Work location: Within Vientiane Capital and occasionally travel to other provinces

Work: Full time

Average monthly income: 4,000,000-10,000,000 kip

Responsibilities.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work processes
• Sign up to appraise real estate assets such as land and buildings for clients and write reports to be sent to the appraiser for review and comments
• Check land titles with relevant land agencies
• Ability to work as a team, be in good health and be hardworking, willing to work long hours as required

Required skills:

• Graduate degree: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Real Estate, and other relevant fields (can study on the job with us)
• Good computer skills.
• Good communication skills
• Write Lao correctly according to Lao grammar
• Know basic English
