Deputy Director

Reporting to: President and Director

Responsibilities.

The Deputy Director is responsible for managing the overall management, implementing the strategic plan, business development, market expansion, expanding service branches in major provinces across the country, and will work closely with the Director and President

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Implementation

• Strategic planning and implementation to expand the network of securities appraisal management to control the whole country and establish branches in various provinces
• Set the company’s KPI to become a leader in securities valuation services

2. Expand the service network
   • Identify and collaborate with target customers and strategic partners
   • Help identify opportunities for branch expansion in provinces with many customers where Lao Valu does not yet have a branch
3. Leading administrative work
   • Leading and managing each department head to ensure smooth running of the business, from the office department, Evaluation Department, and Marketing Department
   • Oversee the overall work to ensure quality and efficiency
4. Marketing
   • Responsible for marketing, building the company’s reputation in terms of service, providing evaluation expertise to be accepted by society through online social channels and directly reaching customers
   • Responsible for content marketing
5. Building and maintaining relationships with customers
   • Building relationships with customers, following up with customers to use the service (Follow the quotation)
   • Check the satisfaction level of customers who are using the service and maintain good relationships with customers in the long term
   • Provide quality and accuracy in the appraisal process in accordance with the appraisal professional ethics regulations to ensure that customers trust the service

     

6. Human Resources and Development
   • Responsible for recording employee travel and leave schedules
   • ​Provide guidance and development to employees in effective management skills and leadership roles
   • Build relationships and create activity plans to foster employee unity and provide excellent customer service
7. Finance
   • Work with Finance to prepare budgets for new branch openings
   • Analyze financial status and Recommend methods to save capital
8. Risk management
   • Study relevant legal documents to understand
   • Identify risks and recommend solutions, especially related legal aspects
   • Listen to the voice of customers regarding the company and Lao Valu’s valuation
   • Ensure that the valuation of securities is accurate according to international standards
9. Real estate database
   • Responsible for the valuation database of the company

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Leadership experience in finance, banking or real estate
• Understanding of securities valuation
• Strategic planning, business development and management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to speak and write English
