3 steps to use our service - LaoValue Property Valuation

There are 3 simple steps to use our valuation service:

Step 1: You just send us information of the property that you would like to us to evaluate whether the property has the building on or just vacant land

1. If the property is the empty land:
  1. you will have to send us the land title of the property – front and back of the deed
  2. and the google coordinate (google map)
2. If the property is the land with building:
  1. you will have to send land title of the property – front and back of the deed
  2. and the google coordinate (google map)
  3. plus the photography of the building.
3. If your property is the vehicle, you will need to provide us:
  1. Copy of the vehicle license
  2. Photography of the vehicle
  3. and other related document
4. If your property is the machinery or equipment:
  1. kindly provide us the import documents, purchase agreement of the machines, using permission and other related documents
  2. and photography of the machines or such equipment

Step 2: After we receive your complete set of the property information, we will make the service quotation to you at reasonable fee than competition.

Step 3: Once, you agree with the service fee, then, we set appointment to inspect the subject property. That is the service start!
