How long does it take to complete one valuation report?
It usually takes us about 2-3 days to complete one comprehensive report.
We need to do 3 things in one report:
- Inspection of the subject property, and checking with the source of comparable data.
- Checking with the land authority about the subject land status.
- Analyze, determine value and writing report.
- In case the property located in provinces, it may add traveling time
